Applications pre-installed on the Thrive Tablet (10-inch) cannot be uninstalled. However, it is possible to delete (erase) the SHORTCUT from the Home screen.

To restore the SHORTCUT to the Home screen, first touch the word APPS in the top right corner of the screen. On the next screen you will see two filters: My Apps and All. Choose All. This will give you access to all applications installed on the Thrive Tablet. The applications should be arranged in alpha-numeric order. If you have a lot of applications on the tablet you may need to swipe to the next screen. Once you locate the GOOGLE PLAY application, press and hold it down to allow you to make a copy for your Home screen. Below is a link to the Thrive 10-Inch User's Guide. A summary of these instruction with illustrations begin on pp. 50.

Remember: this particular application was originally called Android Marketplace, but the name was changed to Google Play when the operating system was updated. The icon was given a fresh look as well.

Nope. Thrive is Android OS; iPAQ is Windows OS. Can't sync the two. But you can install a third party app on the Thrive to enable it to sync with Outlook on your desktop PC or laptop, the same way Activesync does for the iPaq.

It does not without the use of Touchdown. There is an exchange client built in to Honeycomb 3.2 but it is flawed and is unreliable.
