Question

Link status says 'aquiring IP address". Nothing happens

It had been working fine. Wired to modem, home computer working fine. It does a network test and says "obtaining IP address" but nothing happens. What changed and how do I fix it? Model BDX2200KU.

Freezes

The screen is frozen with the word "stopping" on the right. I can't turn the power off or anything. I don't want to just unplug it.

Universal remote codes are specified by the universal remote manufacturer. Toshiba doesn’t know what codes might be used by third party remote manufacturers.

Try resetting the Blu-ray player by unplugging it from power for an hour. You may also want to contact customer support.

Question

Please advise why the unit will not work

My remote SE-R0377 will not operate my BDX3200KY player.

Im not sure if the sensor on the remote or player is working.

Is there a simple test to check this or do I need to return the Unit to the place of purchase. The unit was only purchase 2 weeks ago fro JB HiFi

Usually you can test the infrared light from the remote by pointing the camera at the front of the remote and pressing a button on the remote. Watch the screen on the camera. If you see the light, it indicates that the remote is working.

Audio does not play on a bluray or dvd

All attempts to play a disc (bluray or dvd) I cannot hear the actors talking but hear the music and some sound effects.
