Question

Does BDX3300 Blu-Ray currently support HULU?

Looking to buy the BDX3300 Bluray in the "next few days". Only a few user reviews on-line, and one said that it did NOT support Hulu.
Disclaimer #5 in small print on brochure indicates Toshiba is not responsible for 3rd party compatability, yet your advertised features say so.
So, does this unit currently support Hulu or not?

Try resetting it to factory settings. When it’s done, turn it off and unplug it from power for a few minutes. If it still won’t work properly, you can make a warranty claim by clicking “get started” under "acclaim for accessories and electronics" on the acclaim self-service site.

Without the model number of the Blu-ray player, the Blu-ray player’s firmware version, and the name of the Blu-ray, I can’t give any definitive answer. Try updating your firmware if it’s not up to date.

I assume you mean a BDX2500KU. Try turning it off, unplugging it from power, waiting a couple minutes, and then reconnecting it. If that doesn’t work, select “System” from the Settings menu; then choose “Restore factory defaults.” If, after restoring the Blu-ray player to factory defaults, the problem persists, make a warranty claim.
