Looking for Answers about Blu-ray Players?

The attraction of a Blu-ray player--i.e. what you're paying for--is greater definition, specifically 1080P or full high definition. That said, you can connect the Toshiba BDK33KU Blu-ray player requires an HDMI connection on your TV. If you do not have one, it is not compatible.

Try leaving it unplugged from power overnight. If that doesn’t fix it, make a warranty claim.

We do not know your activation code. Activation codes are generated by Netflix to authenticate a device with the Netflix server.

Try recovering to factory defaults as explained on page 37 of the user’s guide.

You’ll need to contact Netflix as they control the application.

For assistance connecting the device, please check the user’s guide. From the support site, click “Product Support,” select your model, and click “GO.” After the product’s specific support page loads, click the “User’s Guide” tab.

Make sure you’re using TOSHIBA’s Wireless LAN Adapter with model numbers WLM-10UB1 or WLM-10NB1. The Blu-ray player’s not compatible with 3rd party wireless adapters. After it’s connected to the USB pprt, select “Network” from the Settings.

You should be able to disable the wireless in the network settings. Without a model number, I can’t give you specific instructions.
