Without a model number, I can’t give specific instructions. However, you should be able to repeatedly press the “PIC SIZE” button on the remote to cycle through various picture modes.

Without a model number, I can’t give specific advice. It sounds like you’ve plugged the Wii’s composite video cable into a component video port. Some TVs allow you to change a setting to use that port for composite video. If your TV is able to do this, open the “Preferences” menu and change “AV Input” to “Video.” If this feature is not present on your TV, purchase a component cable for your Wii.

Try turning off the TV, disconnecting it completely (including from power), and leaving it for half an hour. Afterwards, reconnect it and see if the picture has returned to normal. If it hasn’t, please contact technical support.

No, that TV is not capable of streaming Netflix. You’ll need to connect a Netflix-capable device to it in order to view Netflix.

Question

Wii no color on Toshiba 40SL412U

I saw some answers that I have to go to Preferences and look for av connection, however, the Preferences from the menu does not have the av connection options. How do we get color on Wii. Wii picks up colors on older tv's in the house with no problem. Toshiba tv is in the living room which is the preferred location for the Wii. Please help.

It sounds like you might be using composite cables but connecting them to the component input. Try looking in the manual using the instructions for connecting a camcorder on page 15 (page 16 of the .pdf).
